If you are not entirely satisfied (meaning “Change of Mind”) with your purchase, we’re here to help!
You have fourteen calendar days to return your item/s from the date received.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item/s must be in the original packaging including its vacuum sealed transparent plastic wrapping.
Your item/s needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will need to send details including your Full Name, Address, Contact Number and Reason for Refund via the Contact Us Page. Acceptable Reasons Only: Change of Mind or Damaged Goods.
We ask that you immediately inspect your goods on delivery and if damaged please gather all details of parcel including Tracking No, Courier Details and Photos of Item/s.
Please note that we will not accept any damaged item claims after 24 hours from delivery day.
Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Credit Card, Bank Account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within ten business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
